Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ClashAlly ("we", "us") and also serve as the End-User License Agreement (EULA) for the app. By downloading, accessing, or using ClashAlly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

ClashAlly is an unofficial companion app for Clash of Clans. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Supercell. Clash of Clans, its content, and related trademarks are the property of Supercell. Public game data is provided through Supercell's official API and may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate at times, which is outside our control.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to hold an account in your country. You sign in through Firebase Authentication using an email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClashAlly for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the rules of the app store you obtained it from.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with the service or its security;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the app;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or credentials, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the AI assistant to generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content, or to attempt to extract others' personal data;
• use the app in violation of Supercell's terms or any applicable law.

5. The AI assistant

• The assistant produces responses using a third-party AI model. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are for general information only and are not professional advice.
• You are responsible for how you use the assistant's output. Verify anything important before relying on it.
• Use of the assistant is metered. We provide a weekly token allowance for the free tier and a larger allowance for Premium, and we may adjust these allowances and apply fair-use limits.
• Messages you send to the assistant are transmitted to our AI provider to generate a reply, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans. ClashAlly offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("Premium") with a larger AI allowance and additional benefits. The price and billing period are shown to you at the time of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your payment method is charged through your app store account on each renewal.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. We do not process or store your payment details.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by the app stores and are subject to their refund policies. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide separate refunds.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Changes apply to future billing periods, and where required we will give notice and obtain consent through the app store.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on third parties including Supercell (game data), Google (authentication and AI), RevenueCat (subscription management), and the Apple App Store and Google Play (distribution and payments). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game data or AI responses will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, the license in Section 3 ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 8–9) continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence give you additional rights or a different venue.
